Are we insured?

Elite KBF Remodel carries a liability insurance policy.

How does billing work?

The payment schedule will be detailed on the invoice, Elite KBF Remodel accepts bank transfer payments, checks, cash, and credit card payments are accepted with a 3% additional cost to the overall balance.

How do you handle construction and design changes?

We take pride in delivering an extremely detailed pricing and scope of work breakdown before construction at the initial consultation. Any changes in work are discussed with your project manager and agreed upon in writing before any additional work is commenced.

Will you help me with design and ideas?

Yes, we will be happy to help you with your design needs. If requested, a designer can be hired to meet with you and help you decide on your project’s layout, color scheme, materials selection and so much more!

How long will my remodeling project take?

Typical bathroom remodels take 6-8 weeks to complete and kitchen remodels take about 8-12 weeks. Engineered wood flooring remodels take from 3-5 days and up to 3 weeks for custom sand and finish wood flooring.

What days do you work?

Typically we work during business hours Monday-Friday, the weekends are optional.

When can you start the work?

We can typically begin working within 1-3 weeks of signing the construction agreement. Upon agreement execution, our team will work with you to select all materials, order them, and have them delivered to your home.
